The WEB Project was launched in 1996 to provide a framework for long-term, sustainable and socially inclusive community development in the W-E-B (Whitechurch - Edmondstown - Ballyboden) area.
We have been based in Whitechurch Library, a beautiful Grade II listed heritage building in the heart of Ballyboden, since August 2000.

The WEB Project publishes the WAG MAG (circulation c. 5000 copies per issue) and facilitates the provision of a range of services to the local community.
Our principal funding comes through the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (Community Services Programme). Pobal administers this funding on behalf of the government.
Additional support is provided by the Department of Social Protection, the HSE's Family Support Agency, the VEC, South Dublin County Council, and the Good Counsel Parish Community Employment Scheme.
We're also very appreciative of the on-going support we receive from the local business community and a fantastic team of dedicated and highly-skilled volunteers.
